2 bags of 1kg of this delicious coffee.  1kg of coffee beans  for espresso or filter. Made in the UK by Taylors. Fairtrade certified. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that can be consumed on its own, with cake or milk chocolate.  1kg of coffee beans 's a perfect match for lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready for brewing. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should then be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this can result in unpleasant components in your cup.

Strength - 3 is gentle and easygoing, great for relaxing weekends.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is a smooth light roast with a sweet, citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a soft and supple mouthfeel. The cocoa-like hints can be traced to the winter days spent on the sofa, reading a good book and an intimate hug from the family. Pre-heat your French Press by using water that isn't at the boiling point. This will prevent the coffee from being over extracted and causing undesirable elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that has just been boiled. Then, after four minutes, you can take a take a plunge, and then enjoy.
